Package or single service?

A package is the right call when you want more than one kind of care in a single visit. A 90 minute massage on its own is $150; Aroma Healing is $170 and buys 60 minutes of aroma massage, 30 minutes of foot work and hot stones throughout. The extra $20 is what turns an hour and a half into a ritual.

If you only want deeper work on one problem area, a single service is better value — the full menu of 12 treatments and their 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute prices is on the services page. What to expect

How a Signature Package Visit Runs

Packages are sequenced, not improvised. A 90 minute ritual is usually 60 minutes of massage followed by 30 minutes of a second treatment, and the 120 minute Beauty and Harmony Package splits evenly at 60 and 60. Here is how the visit unfolds from door to tea.

    Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early

    A package runs 90 or 120 minutes and every minute is scheduled, so the consultation happens before the clock starts. Tell your therapist about pressure preferences, skin sensitivities and anything to avoid.

  2. 02

    The massage segment comes first

    Between 30 and 60 minutes of hands-on work opens every package — aroma oil in the Aroma Healing and Beauty and Harmony rituals, full-body therapeutic work in Body Balance, Golden Glow and Luxury Body Renewal.

  3. 03

    Then the second treatment

    Facial care, body scrub or foot work follows, running 30 to 60 minutes depending on the package. This is where a package stops being a long massage and becomes a genuinely different treatment.

  4. 04

    The finish: stones, eye mask or cupping

    Hot stones close Aroma Healing and Luxury Body Renewal, a soothing eye mask closes Beauty and Harmony and Golden Glow, and cupping is offered as an option inside Body Balance.

  5. 05

    Warm herbal tea, then out the door

    Every signature package ends with warm herbal tea. Expect to be in the building for about 15 minutes longer than the treatment length once check-in, changing and tea are counted.

Packages are single-person rituals — Complete Body Care says so explicitly — and each is delivered by one of our 5 certified senior therapists rather than handed between rooms. Blocking 90 or 120 minutes of one therapist's day means weekend and evening slots go first.

How long does a signature package take?

Five of the six run 90 minutes; the flagship Beauty and Harmony Package runs 120 minutes. Add roughly 15 minutes for check-in, changing and tea, so plan on being at the spa for about 105 minutes for a 90 minute package.

Which package should I book first?

Aroma Healing at $170 is the gentlest entry — 60 minutes of warm aroma oil massage, 30 minutes of foot work and hot stones throughout. If tension is the problem rather than stress, Body Balance at $180 swaps the aroma oil for full-body therapeutic work and adds optional cupping.

Can two people book a signature package together?

The signature packages are built for one person — Complete Body Care is explicitly a single-person ritual. For a shared, side-by-side experience, book the TAO Special Couple Massage from $200 or the TAO Aroma Couple Massage from $220 in our dedicated couples room instead.

Can I pay with a gift card or a prepaid session package?

A TAO gift card covers any signature package — $170 covers Aroma Healing and $240 covers Beauty and Harmony outright. Prepaid session packages are different: those 5- and 10-visit blocks apply to Swedish, Deep Tissue and TAO Signature Combo massages, not to the signature spa packages.

Do the packages already include add-ons?

Several do. Hot stones are built into Aroma Healing and Luxury Body Renewal, an eye mask into Beauty and Harmony and Golden Glow, and cupping is offered inside Body Balance. Anything else — essential oil at $20, body scrub or cupping at $30 — can be layered on at booking in 5-minute increments.

How far ahead should I book a 120 minute package?

Two to three days is usually enough, but the 120 minute Beauty and Harmony Package occupies a therapist for a full 2 hours, so weekend and evening slots go early. We are open every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM; a 120 minute booking needs to start by 7:00 PM.
