A TAO spa gift card is prepaid credit that works on any service on our menu — massage, couples rituals, meridian facials and the six signature spa packages. $100 covers 60 minutes of Swedish or deep tissue massage, $200 covers a side-by-side couples ritual, and cards are sold in any denomination online or in person at our Vienna, VA spa. TAO gift cards are sold in any denomination, so the simplest way to choose is to start from the treatment. A $50 card covers 30 minutes of foot reflexology, $100 covers 60 minutes of Swedish or deep tissue massage, and $240 covers the 120 minute Beauty and Harmony Package — our longest single-visit ritual.

Our 5 certified senior therapists cover 8 massage styles across 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions, plus 2 facials and 6 packages.
Couples usually spend theirs on a side-by-side couples ritual from $200; a solo recipient more often books the Meridian Facial Massage or a signature spa package from $170. If they end up coming back monthly, a prepaid session package brings a 60 minute massage down to $89 a visit.

How it works
Buying and Redeeming a TAO Gift Card
From card to table takes five steps and about 2 minutes of your time. Cards are sold in any denomination online or in person at our Vienna, VA spa, they never expire, and any balance left after a treatment stays on the card for the recipient's next visit.

The recipient reserves online or calls (703) 906-0992. We are open every day, 11 hours a day, and a session that runs 60 minutes needs to begin by 8:00 PM.

Redeem at check-in — balance carries over
The card is presented at check-in and applied to the bill. If the treatment costs more than the card, the difference is paid by cash, credit or debit; if it costs less, the remaining balance stays on the card for the next visit.
Before You Buy
Three things worth knowing.
First, cards apply to add-ons as well as treatments — hot or cold stone and essential oil are $20 each, body scrub and cupping $30, and each adds 5 minutes to the session. Second, we are open every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, so the recipient is rarely waiting long for a slot.
Third, weekend and evening appointments book out first, particularly around Mother's Day and the December holidays — booking 2 to 3 days ahead is worth mentioning in the card. Where do I buy a TAO gift card?

Online through our Square site, where the card is delivered by email in about 2 minutes, or in person at 8292 Old Courthouse Rd Ste C, Vienna, VA 22182, open every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Do TAO gift cards expire?

No. The balance on a TAO gift card stays available for future visits, and any amount left after a treatment remains on the card. If you are unsure of the balance, call (703) 906-0992 and we will check it for you.
Can two people use one gift card for a couples massage?

Yes. A single card can cover the whole couples booking. The TAO Special Couple Massage is $200 for 60 minutes, $300 for 90 minutes and $400 for 120 minutes; the TAO Aroma Couple Massage runs $220, $330 and $439 across the same three lengths.
What if the treatment costs more than the gift card?

The recipient simply pays the difference at check-out by cash, credit or debit. We do not accept HSA or FSA. Gift cards can also be combined with a prepaid session package if someone wants to build a regular monthly rhythm.
